Sales Information

Job Description

As a Market Operator Specialist / Sales at Bridor USA, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market share for our artisan bread and pastry products within the Phoenix region.

You will cultivate key accounts and establish strong business relationships across various establishments, including coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, colleges/universities, and hotels.

This position offers opportunities for growth into a Regional Sales Manager role over time, providing leadership responsibilities and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paste Innovation and Creativity
    • Develop new recipes that showcase Bridor's quality products for clients in the Phoenix market.
    • Stay informed on culinary trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and desirable in the region.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting key markets in Phoenix.
    • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and grow Bridor's market presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients in Phoenix.
    • Conduct product tastings, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase Bridor's products and help clients understand their versatility and premium quality.
  • New Business Development
    • Proactively pursue new business opportunities in diverse industries such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, and retail outlets in the Phoenix area.
    • Collaborate with local food businesses to expand Bridor's footprint in Phoenix.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of progressive sales experience in specialty food distribution, preferably in the industrial baking sector.
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for client visits, trade shows, and food events within Arizona.
