About the Role

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in brain health, is seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in promoting our psychiatry portfolio and driving sales performance.

Job Summary:

As a Mental Health Specialist Lead, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry products, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. Your expertise will drive sales growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning & Account Leadership: Develop and execute business plans, utilizing digital tools and data insights to create opportunities, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Selling: Deliver compelling messages to customers, effectively address objections, and close deals to drive behavioral changes.
  • Customer Development: Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: Gather and validate market trends, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities.
  • Reimbursement: Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
  • Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, including adherence to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
  • Skills: Self-starter, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus potential up to 20% of base salary.
