We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Position:
    The Behavioral Services Coordinator will work closely with our clinical staff to coordinate services, communicate with clients and their families, and maintain accurate records. Your expertise will include case management, crisis intervention, and documentation of services delivered. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:
    * Coordinate services with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and coordination of care
    * Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes
    * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services delivered, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures
    * Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client goals and objectives

Requirements:
    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
    * Relevant experience working in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred
    * Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
    * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
    * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    * Valid Ohio driver's license required

Compensation:
    Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
