Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of purchased vehicles to customers. This role requires frequent interaction with customers in person, by phone, email, and text to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers to schedule delivery of vehicles purchased from Carvana
- Facilitate the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Respond promptly to customer requests and assist in resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions
- Complete a pre-delivery checklist to ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
