Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Benefit Advocate to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on financial spending accounts and correspondence
  • Help customers navigate the healthcare system and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits and regulations
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
