Job Overview

The Senior Operations Analyst will provide essential Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in the development and management of Test Plans, Test Trials, and Reports, along with the creation and processing of supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and allocate test resources and schedules to ensure effective methodologies are implemented.
  • Identify and recommend suitable test support tools for evaluating operational effectiveness.
  • Engage in preparation and participation for selected flight and ground tests as necessary.
  • Compile trip reports from all relevant program meetings or conferences attended.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate test facilities and ranges, documenting lessons learned and addressing critical operational issues during assessments.
  • Formulate test concepts, plans, and data management strategies, along with briefings for program and technical reviews.
  • Develop evaluation methodologies and analytic techniques, assess data requirements, and participate in the creation of test resource plans.
  • Lead and participate in various program, technical, and test readiness reviews, including meetings and teleconferences.
  • Review and contribute to operational test and evaluation documents, including requirements capabilities and operational requirements documents.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, C variants, Python, or equivalent professional training in electronic warfare and related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with military aircraft systems and related disciplines.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related technical field (e.g., Data/Computational Science, Industrial/Systems Engineering).

  • Must be eligible for Top Secret/SSBI; eligibility for SCI and SAP Access is required.
