Job Overview

CSEngineering is seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for all systems and business applications in our processing center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support and maintenance activities for processing center systems, including handling production and non-production (DEV, TEST) incident tickets within ServiceNow.
  • Triaging and resolving issues, maintaining vendor software, and ensuring system health and availability.
  • Actively monitor and report on system availability and health using standard monitoring tools.
  • Evaluate and address common, recurring issues in supported systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for support and disaster recovery plans.
  • Execute failover activities aligned with business continuity expectations.
  • Perform deep dives into technical issues, such as Syntera Server connectivity problems and Tray Management System crashes.
  • Assist product teams with large initiatives, such as Pinless Paper Migration, Mailstream Plus Server upgrades, and HSM software refresh.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system availability.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must have 7 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience in Windows System Administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server Management.

Desired Skills & Certifications:

  • Certifications in Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, Red Hat Systems Administration Fundamentals, Linux or UNIX system administration, and Cisco Certified Network Associates.
  • Experience with systems and tools such as Ricoh, bliecrest, vell & howell, entrust, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
