Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment.
  • State or Federal work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated salary: $15.00 / hour.
  • Competitive compensation package with regular reviews and raises.
