We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring first call resolution and effective problem-solving.
- Research and Resolution: Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Documentation and Processing: Document and process customer claims in appropriate systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for customers and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using various systems and software to research and resolve customer issues.
