Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Support to customers and partners, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Configure and Troubleshoot VMware environments, including virtual machines and networks.
- Develop and Maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical bulletins.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality.
- Provide On-Call Support as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of VMware and virtualization technologies, including virtual machines and networks.
- Experience with Technical Documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical bulletins.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
