We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Boyd Gaming Corporation. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the casino resort premises to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and other incidents that may arise.
  • Guest and Employee Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and employees by enforcing security protocols and procedures.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management to identify and address potential security risks and concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as one year of security, military, law enforcement, corrections, firefighter, or emergency medical services work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, and a clean driving record is essential for this position.
