As a District Manager at Wendy's, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Safety and Quality: Monitor and enforce food safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Sales and Revenue: Work with leadership teams to meet district sales goals and execute company policies and procedures to drive revenue growth.
- Staff Management: Manage and oversee safe working conditions, maximize staff retention, and provide proper training for managerial staff.
- Guest Experience: Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and maximize store sales goals versus budget.
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
- Experience: Four years of restaurant experience at a minimum, with experience in supervising and managing staff.
- Skills: Fluent English-speaking and writing skills, neat, clean, and professional appearance, and ability to lift 35 pounds to waist level.
- Certifications: ServSafe Certified and financial reporting and/or P&L experience.
