Mars Wrigley Research and Development Internship Experience
As a Mars Wrigley Research and Development Intern, you will be exposed to various domains, including:
Compliance roles such as quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs
Product, process, or packaging innovation
Science & Technology
Compliance roles including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs
Sensory Analysis
You will collaborate with a Functional Lead who will act as your daily, on-site mentor, providing guidance throughout your internship.

We seek Students who are:
Proactive, inquisitive, and driven with a strong focus on achieving results, a desire to learn, and a readiness to build relationships across the organization to support our R&D modernization initiatives.
Passionate about our renowned brands, research, innovation, and the consumer products sector.
Pursuing degrees in Food Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, Biological Systems, Packaging, or Chemical Engineering.
Enthusiastic about utilizing data to inform decisions that enhance efficiency.

Eligible candidates will be those interning in the summer preceding their final graduation date (typically rising seniors) or the summer before their junior year (rising juniors).

Open to students who are legally permitted to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.

We utilize our internship program to cultivate our R&D Rotational Program for post-graduation and develop our talent pipeline for future technical and leadership roles.

Some of our successful interns may receive full-time employment offers to launch their careers with Mars.

Some internship positions may be located at facilities that process nuts or allow pets on-site.
