The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in controls engineering, automation technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

As a key member of the team, the Automation Director of Controls and Solutions will play a strategic role in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless integration of control and automation solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for controls and automation initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

• Providing leadership and guidance to a team of engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless integration of control and automation solutions.

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of controls and automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Evaluating, recommending, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance the organization's control systems and automation capabilities.

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with controls and automation projects.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Proven experience (15+ years) in controls engineering and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• In-depth knowledge of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and other automation technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
