- Our company, A1 Professional Talent Service, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, assist with various administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating reports to assess current inventory, assisting customers, answering phones and relaying messages accordingly, coordinating cycle counts, and communicating with staff as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous front desk or retail experience, excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated and goal-oriented. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and Google systems is a plus. We offer a competitive salary of $15/Hr and a dynamic work environment.
