This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, while also assisting with the planning and execution of various events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coverage for the front desk and assist with guest and member requests
  • Communicate information, rules, and regulations to guests and members
  • Provide property tours to guests and future members
  • Connect guests with local builders
  • Participate in weekly department head meetings
  • Execute proper protocol for membership account changes
  • Communicate with HOA regarding new, existing, and potential members
  • Track documentation for member moves and resignations
  • Monitor monthly closing lists from builders
  • Set up membership accounts and execute new homeowner orientation
  • Host new member receptions and provide information to guests and members
  • Communicate news posts and events to the membership
  • Maintain member welcome boards and accurate P&Ls for events
  • Knowledgeable with membership documents and policies
  • Maintain member contact lists and resale lists
  • Keep up-to-date with homes built, occupied, and projected builds
  • Keep up with news posts, events, closures, and hours of operation
  • Assist with account verification and usage
  • Execute ID card reprints and understand phone network operations
  • Take reservations for the restaurant and spa

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results-driven and team-oriented
  • Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions
