Qualifications for Success
  • 1-2 years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Strong vision capabilities, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and account building.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The compensation for this role is contingent upon qualifications, experience, and location, primarily based on a highly incentivized commission structure. Estimated first-year earnings range from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contributions).
