- Deliver quality repairs that meet our high standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete detailed preventative maintenance reports using digital visual inspections.
- Communicate with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing safety.
- Follow all relevant regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- A mechanic/technician with years of experience in an automotive shop.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and problem-solving.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Your own set of tools for performing repairs and maintenance.
- ASE Certifications are a plus, but not required-if you're eager to learn, we support your growth.
- Detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift/move over 50 pounds occasionally and work with tools on vehicles at various heights.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and using hand tools efficiently.
- Willingness to be on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles and navigating computers effectively.
