Program Overview
The Human Resources Intern Development Program is a 10-week placement within an HR Business Partner or Center of Expertise Team. The program is designed to provide interns with valuable industry and functional experience, work on challenging assignments, learn about BMS, and network across the company. Interns will gain a strong understanding of what it is like to be an HR professional at BMS.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Assisting HR Business Partners with recruitment and talent management initiatives
- Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics
- Developing and implementing HR-related projects
- Providing support to HR teams on various initiatives
Requirements
To be considered for this program, candidates should have:
- A Master's degree with a Human Resources related concentration
- Excellent strategic, analytical, conceptual, creative, and communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Leadership potential and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
