Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Closing Teacher to join our team. As a Closing Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children to learn and play. You will work closely with our team to implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements
  • Support the center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
