We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our commercial lending fulfillment team, you will be responsible for executing covenant compliance requests, managing and reconciling requests across multiple team mailboxes, and ensuring accurate distribution of emails.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and reconcile requests across multiple team mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assign and distribute emails to analysts, attaching relevant documents to facilitate efficient review and processing.
- Test covenant compliance and ensure all requirements are met, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Experience with loan documentation, particularly post-closing documents, and a strong understanding of commercial loan servicing operations.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and the commercial loan lifecycle, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple mailboxes and documents.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data gathering and analysis.
- Familiarity with Credit Agreements and experience working with systems of record, such as Loan IQ or AFS.
