Key Responsibilities- Installation and Repair: Install new HVAC equipment and perform repairs and maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC equipment to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Log Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our team of experienced technicians to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Experience: 3 years minimum experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Education: High School GED or equivalent.
- Certifications: Universal EPA Certification and valid driver's license.
- Skills: Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed, and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
