Member Services Representative, American Airlines Credit Union

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Representative to join our American Airlines Credit Union team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Open new accounts and process various monetary transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Work closely with branch/department managers to leverage cross-selling opportunities
- Research member inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Maintain awareness of all branch functions and duties to provide proper support and coverage
- Implement and enforce internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit Union policies and government regulations
- Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, and relationship building within the covered branches and overall organization
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work in-person at assigned branch location
- Must have cash handling, sales, or a combination of customer service and financial institution experience within the last twelve months
- Job level to be determined by the candidate's skills, qualifications, and relevant consumer loan processing or underwriting experience
- College degree in business, finance, or related area, or equivalent financial services experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Previous experience in a service-culture environment
- Bilingual in Spanish (read, speak, and write)
