Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at TrueCare San Marcos. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our clinic in San Marcos and overseeing the operations of a future clinic in the same location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise back office staff and perform clinical services as needed
  • Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing
  • At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • BLS Certification for healthcare providers
  • Current California State Board RN License
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite
