Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient setting.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- BLS certification.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and Microsoft Office suite.
