Job Title: Forensic Clinician

GATEWAYS HOSPITAL & MENTAL HEALTH CENTER is seeking a skilled Forensic Clinician to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide individual and group therapy, as well as case management services to an adult forensic population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of psychopathologies.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document all services provided in a timely manner.
  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision to ensure ongoing professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related area from an accredited university.
  • Eligible for licensure as a Social Worker (ASW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California.
  • Knowledge of medications and current diagnostic manuals.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those with mental health and substance abuse issues.
