About the Role:
Sentara Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Chesapeake. As a key resource, you will provide expert guidance and support to clinical staff, physicians, and the public.

This leadership position involves making informed administrative decisions in collaboration with Area Administrators or Patient Care Managers. You will also assist in program development, implementation, and policy/procedure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills and have a background in home health, infusion, and/or Hospice care. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) is required, and 2 years of relevant experience are necessary for this position.
