As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our US Talent Acquisition strategy and executing it with precision. This includes leading a high-performing team of recruiters, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining processes to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to determine staffing needs, forecasts, and hiring plans.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies and employment brand initiatives to attract top talent.
- Analyze market insights to track and measure key performance metrics, informing data-driven decisions and sharing results with stakeholders.
- Design and implement efficient talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems to drive team performance.
- Lead a high-performance culture by providing guidance and leadership to a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- 7+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
- 2+ years of experience in Early Career/University recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing KPIs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Workday recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Campus recruiting software experience (Handshake premium, Yello).
- LifeSciences sector experience.
