Head of Talent Attraction, North America

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition leader to join our team as the Head of Talent Attraction, North America. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization and drive business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the talent acquisition function in North America, with direct people leadership responsibilities
- Transform the talent acquisition function to become a centralized, OneTA function, aligning our brands and strategies
- Support the development, collaboration, and overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition team in North America
- Collaborate with global partners to implement global talent acquisition initiatives and projects in North America
- Ensure the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the talent acquisition processes across North America
- Provide thought leadership in talent acquisition and DEI initiatives
- Drive and develop relationships with regional search firms and recruitment service providers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Proven solid talent acquisition leadership experience within a global matrix setting
- Substantial experience of deploying talent acquisition processes to attract and retain key talent across North America
- Change and transformation management skills and experience to support the shift in structure
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with both local countries and global partners
- Ability to consult with multi-level operational and divisional leaders regarding talent acquisition and people operations related matters
- DEI implementation experience, creating and anchoring inclusive and unbiased talent acquisition policies
- Ability to establish partnerships with organizations to promote and attract underrepresented groups
- Effective leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and interpersonal skills with a structured approach
