Data Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Lead to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to support business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data pipelines and architectures to support business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure technical excellence and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and Master's degree in Technology and/or Business related field
- 8+ years of experience in relevant job or field of technology
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly
