Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Hubbell Incorporated in Manchester, NH. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining compliance with Burndy's quality policy and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventative actions
  • Developing quality policies, standards, and programs to drive continuous improvement
  • Leading and executing quality-driven projects as directed by leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with company quality requirements, customer, and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or industrial science
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive experience in quality process employment, supervision, or support
  • Knowledge/experience with ISO9001 certification process required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
