Compensation

About the Job
We are looking for an LPN who can deliver exceptional patient care, work independently, and collaborate with our team to achieve outstanding results. Your primary responsibility will be to provide medical care to patients who require assistance with daily living activities, including wound care, medication management, and personal hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and company policies
- Conduct regular assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and progress made in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
