Qualifications:

- Proficient in route planning, optimizing transport modes, and managing multimodal logistics
- Skilled in developing transport strategies that enhance loading efficiency, reduce transit times, and minimize logistics expenses
- Experience in creating and overseeing logistics processes for various operations, including warehouse management and local transport
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including advanced functions like vlookup and pivot tables
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and addressing urgent issues without neglecting other responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential risks during contract negotiations and operational execution, and develop contingency plans.
- Resolve logistical challenges through strong partnerships with shipping and execution firms, ensuring competitive transportation rates and resources.
- Create tools for tracking shipment statuses and reporting updates to management and clients.
- Analyze operational data to identify issues affecting logistics flow and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Prepare monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to transportation deliveries.
- Generate delivery status updates for clients.
- Develop innovative logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Identify and address operational challenges within logistics regions, establishing standards for inspection and quality control.
- Facilitate communication and regular meetings with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting as necessary.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
