Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the delivery of patient care services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
- Lead and develop our nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure that our hospital's vision, mission, and goals are reflected in our nursing practices and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- BLS (current upon hire).
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
- Current state nursing license.
