Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our Med Surg/Tele unit on a full-time nights basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring individualized attention and support
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year acute care experience in cardiac telemetry
- BSN preferred, with management experience a plus
