Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with company protocols and medical direction.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and adhere to company standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of medical protocols and standing orders.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and report results to the Quality Improvement Committee.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Clinical Manager to ensure regulatory readiness and compliance.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions related to clinical staff and participate in annual performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a critical or acute care setting.
  • Valid license for all countries and/or states of practice.
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Life Support.
  • Successful completion of National Specialty certification within 12 months of hire date.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
