Medical Transport Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Transport Manager to join our team at Med-Trans. As a leader in air medical care, our team delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services.
The Medical Transport Manager will provide direct patient care in accordance with company protocols and/or online medical direction. This role will supervise base clinical staff in conjunction with the Program Director for licensing, scheduling, and assists in holding clinical staff accountable for performance expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a valid license for all countries and/or states of practice and/or clinical oversight and must maintain qualifications and experience level in all aspects of services provided. They will participate in continuous quality improvement activities, reports results as required to QI Committee and administration, and completes call reviews per CQI plan and also as requested.
The Medical Transport Manager will also establish supportive relationships with patients, families, customers, and other members of the health care team through the use of positive interpersonal skills. They will provide support for administrative activities and serves as a mentor, resource, preceptor, and role model for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Flight Registered Nurse, Critical Care Registered Nurse, Flight Paramedic - Certified, Critical Care Paramedic-Certified, NPS, ACCS or equivalent preferred for Respiratory Therapists.
- Successful completion and/or audit of the Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum, Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, International Trauma Life Support or appropriate equivalent.
