Role Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • General Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the property, focusing on essential electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical tasks.
  • Work Order Management: Address maintenance requests from various departments promptly and efficiently.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Engage in a proactive maintenance program for all building equipment and guest rooms.
  • Special Projects: Assist with additional projects as directed by the Property Operations Manager.
Daily Duties

As part of your daily routine, you will:

  • Adhere to timelines and schedules outlined in the preventive maintenance program.
  • Review work orders and nightly reports to identify and address any issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of problem areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities in guest rooms in collaboration with the Rooms Director.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in both guest and public areas.
  • Support fellow engineering staff as needed in routine and preventive maintenance efforts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Safeguard any assigned keys to ensure security.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00. Benefits include:
