Requirements:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs as a BCBA.
  • Clinical expertise in behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods.
  • Proficient in technology, including Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
  • Ability to meet the demands of the job, including long periods of standing and lifting children up to 50 lbs.
