Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at our beautiful Reno Showroom. This role involves driving revenue growth, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.\
  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business results.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support cross-functional initiatives, and promote a positive work environment.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career advancement opportunities.\
  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.\
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the sales team.\
  • Frequently communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and customers to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.\
  • Meet estimated salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on performance and location.\

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.\
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.\
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.\
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.\
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus but not necessary.\
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.\
