Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing treasury functions, including expense approval processes, banking transactions and reporting, and executing ACH and wire transfer processes.

• Positive Pay Exceptions
• ACH and Wire Transfers
• Lockbox Redistribution
• Lockbox Bank Account Constructive Receipts-Confirmation and Recording
• Invoice Payment Approvals (ACHs, Checks, Credit card payments)
• Bank Daily Activity and Balance Reporting
• Trust Account Reporting
• Trust accounts: wire approvals, positive pay
• Reconciliations: Amex, Visa, operating account, trust account
• Processing: vendor invoices, requests for adjustments and invoice review
• Checks: cost payables, client refunds, void check requests
• Deposits for firm reimbursement
