Job Summary:

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a highly motivated and organized Full Time Store Production Supervisor to oversee the production process and personnel assigned to that process. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting established production/sales quotas/goals, ensuring quality control, and implementing strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign, direct, and ensure completion of daily tasks for production/department team members.
  • Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
  • Provide quality control inspections, ensuring that only the best product makes it to the floor.
  • Track and report production at scheduled times.
  • Participate in production processes as needed.
  • Implement assigned strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals.
  • Communicate with assigned personnel to place supply orders for next day's processing.
  • Support management with store maintenance and appearance.
  • Follow procedures for maintenance and safety concerns.
