Senior Construction Manager

At Midas Building Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our commercial construction projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce field safety protocols and reporting
  • Oversee quality assurance and identify potential issues
  • Produce RFIs, submittals, and change order requests
  • Review drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare schedules of construction activities
  • Direct and control project specifications within allotted time
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed and within schedule
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of large ground-up commercial experience
  • General contractor experience
  • Wood-frame experience required, steel and post-tension concrete a plus
  • Experience with hospitality and multifamily
  • Exceptional work ethic and a desire to complete tasks on schedule with excellence
  • Flexible and willing to make difficult decisions
