Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the execution and coordination of daily brokerage operations while supporting the enhancement of operational processes.
- Works alongside brokers to prepare essential documents and marketing materials for renewal business, providing necessary administrative support in document management.
- Accurately administers and updates client information across all required systems.
- Maintains organized and precise records of client accounts, transactions, and pertinent documentation, ensuring adherence to record-keeping regulations.
- Provides customer service by addressing broker inquiries and requests through various communication channels.
- Assists in the preparation of compliance reports related to brokerage operations and collaborates with finance teams on business requirements.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while aiding in the creation of compliance documentation.
- Identifies and mitigates operational risks, working with risk management teams to implement necessary controls.
- Offers support to the Brokerage team with various ad hoc tasks and requests.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector or Underwriting, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management, or a related discipline with equivalent work experience.
- Required: Minimum state P&C and/or surplus line licenses.
