We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to our team
  • Document all services provided and submit reports as required

**Requirements**

  • Valid Home Health Aide license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
