We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer in Training to join our team at McMillen. This role will provide opportunities to work on a variety of projects, including dams, bridges, and other water resource-related structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and design development, with experience working on projects for government agencies and private clients. Responsibilities will include performing structural computations and analysis, preparing design documentation reports, and working with design technology staff to prepare and mark-up project drawings.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a Master's degree in structural engineering or civil engineering with a focus on structural, and a strong working knowledge of structural analysis software. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with seismic design requirements and have a strong understanding of relevant industry and agency design codes and standards.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $63,312 - $86,651 annual, and a full benefits program consisting of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k), and match, 9 paid holidays, generous PTO, and opportunity for stock ownership and wellness reimbursement.
