- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and event notifications.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.

- Two years of professional counseling experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment program, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to obtain one.
- Some assignments may require a current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be 21 years of age and pass a background check.
- Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol and a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
