Job Title: Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS INC. As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients, including initial assessment and ongoing therapy. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to facilitate positive change and growth in clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
  • At least one year of clinical experience or case management experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or other relevant licensure.
  • Personal or professional experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals or people living with HIV/AIDS.
