Job Summary:
As a Multilingual Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to members of our organization, utilizing your knowledge and experience of behavioral health and chronic health conditions. You will coordinate care for clients with dual diagnoses, substance use, general mental health, serious mental illness, and physical health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of outpatient therapy services to clients with mental illness, addiction disorders, trauma effects, and chronic conditions.
- Work with other interdisciplinary team members to provide a continuum of services designed to aid in the client's recovery goals and enhance outcomes.
- Manage the coordination of care of clients, developing service plans, integrated assessments, and recovery objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of records, aligning with HIPAA requirements.
- Assess for risk of harm to self and others.
- Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual (Required - Pay differential offered)
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Active License in the state of Arizona.
- Independently Licensed clinician (Highly preferred not required)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (Required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially 365 platform.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models.
