Job Overview

ECS Corporate Services is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer II to work in our Norman, OK office. This position comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and creating engineering/technical documentation. You will also provide Tier III Field Service support and troubleshooting, verifying/installing maintenance and operation of control devices and industrial equipment. Additionally, you will integrate with multiple departments to support equipment life-cycle programs and provide technical information to other groups and contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Reviewing and validating engineering/technical documentation.
  2. Providing Tier III Field Service support and troubleshooting.
  3. Verifying/installing maintenance and operation of control devices and industrial equipment.
  4. Integrating with multiple departments to support equipment life-cycle programs.


The ideal candidate should have experience with maintenance repair and troubleshooting of machines and equipment related to mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. You should also have knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems and the ability to communicate technical guidance to customers.
